Account Deletion

If you create an account, you may request deletion of your account in accordance with the instructions made available in the Services or on our designated account-deletion webpage, as shown below. Deletion of your account may result in permanent deletion or anonymization of certain associated data, except information we are required or permitted to retain by law, for legitimate business purposes, to complete transactions, to enforce our agreements, or to comply with regulatory obligations. Additional details about data retention and deletion are described in our Privacy Policy.

At LE VERE, you have full control over your data. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time.
When you request deletion, once processed:

  • Your account will be permanently deleted.

  • Personal Data associated with your account will be removed

  • Stored items, records

Some limited copies may be retained as required for:

  • Legal Compliance

  • Fraud Prevention

  • Security Purposes

To request account deletion, please submit your request using one of the following methods:
Email: support@levere.app
In-app: Profile → Settings → Delete Account

Please include:
The email associated with your account
Confirmation that you wish to delete your account

Processing time
We will process your request within 30 days, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

  • Request access to your personal data

  • Request correction of inaccurate data

  • Request deletion of your data

  • Object to or restrict certain processing

Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
